About the Open Call

The 3rd Annual Waveny Arts Festival will take place from 10am-4pm on Sunday, September 28th, 2025. This event is a call for mixed media artists and artisans. Festival highlights include 50 Artist & Artisan Vendors, Live Music & Entertainment, Food Trucks, Kids Crafts, and a Young Entrepreneurs Marketplace. Mediums considered include Ceramics, drawing, fiber arts, glass, jewelry, leather, metalwork, painting, paper goods, photography, prints, woodwork, and locally made artisanal products. Accepted exhibitors will be promoted through event signage, local publicity, social media, and on the Carriage Barn website. The Arts Festival is rain or shine, with a rescheduled date of October 12 in the event of extreme weather circumstances. All work must be family-friendly and not exhibit anything that could be interpreted as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive. The Carriage Barn Arts Center reserves the right to make final interpretations of all rules.

Requirements

Calling all artists, artisans and vendors. Please be sure to upload up to 4 images with samples of your artwork/goods and 1 image of your booth set up with work displayed. Work must be family-friendly and not exhibit anything that could be interpreted as racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise offensive. Prices for all work must be clearly marked. Membership must be current through September 28, 2025 for member pricing.

How to Apply

To apply, please fill out and submit the form provided on the website. Applicants must upload up to 4 images with samples of their artwork/goods and 1 image of their booth set up with work displayed. Exhibitor acceptance notifications will be sent on a rolling basis, and acceptance is guaranteed only after payment for the booth has been received and processed.
