Wave Farm
Wave Farm's Residency Program provides artists with resources to research and create new works in the transmission arts. The program includes access to the Wave Farm Art Park, the WGXC 90.7-FM radio facilities, and archival resources. Past residents, such as Daniel Neumann, have engaged in performance-installations, live broadcasts, and site-specific sound works. The program fosters experimentation with sound, space, and media perception.
Access to specialized audio and radio facilities, archival resources, broadcasting slots on WGXC-90.7 FM, and potential for public performance opportunities.
Applicants should be artists focusing on transmission arts, electronic music, sound art, or radio art. Specific requirements vary by residency cycle.
Applications for residencies and fellowships are typically submitted through the info and apply section of the Wave Farm website at https://wavefarm.org/ta/residency-program/info-apply.
