WARM Foundation
The WARM Academy is a multidisciplinary educational program dedicated to exploring innovative approaches for addressing contemporary conflicts and post-conflict transitions. Held in parallel with the WARM Festival, it brings together authors, scholars, and artists committed to documenting conflict and memory. Participants engage with award-winning experts and award-winning authors, and a limited number of submitted projects may be selected for curated presentation within the festival program. The program encourages a wide range of formats including film, photography, books, theater, and multimedia installations, with a specific interest in the intersection of environment and conflict.
Scholarship covering participation in the program; limited grants covering accommodation and transportation costs are available.
Applicants must be students, researchers, artists, photographers, filmmakers, academics, or journalists. Full attendance throughout the program from July 6-12, 2026, is required, with arrival in Sarajevo by July 5.
