About the Open Call

Visionary Voices: Echoes of Inner Worlds is a collective exhibition taking place at the Leonora Carrington Museum in Xilitla from June 5 to July 5, 2026. This exhibition provides a platform for artists to transform their inner visions into symbolic, transcendent works. Selected artists (limited to 20) will exhibit their work in a space dedicated to the legacy of Leonora Carrington. The experience includes curatorial guidance, digital catalogs, professional documentation, and networking opportunities. Artists keep 100% of their sales and have access to the museum's on-site store for merchandise.

What is Offered

Exhibition at Leonora Carrington Museum, 100% of sales kept by the artist, inclusion in digital catalog, professional photography and video documentation, and media exposure.

Requirements

Open to painting only. Each submitted artwork must not exceed 28 inches in width or length. Curated artists may exhibit two pieces. Selected artists must pay a $300 USD participation fee covering logistics and promotional support.

How to Apply

Complete the online application form on the website, submit two images of artworks (max 28 inches in any dimension, max 2MB file size), include a short artist statement, and pay the $35 USD application fee.
