About the Open Call
In collaboration with EMMA, UPBEAT is looking for experienced European music managers who are passionate about helping the next generation of artists build sustainable careers in the music industry. The programme focuses on developing the skills of emerging world & global music artists, so experience or genuine interest in the genre is essential. Founded by Hangvető in 2022, the UPBEAT network supports artists who sing in their own languages, celebrate their cultural roots, and connect with today’s audiences.
What is Offered
Mentoring programme and support for artists to build sustainable careers and connect with audiences.
Requirements
The program seeks experienced European music managers who are passionate about helping artists. Mentors must have experience or genuine interest in the world and global music genre. The mentees are emerging world and global music artists.
