Olmsted County Environmental Resources
This Olmsted County initiative, launching in 2026, selects two artists to complete a one-month residency between May and September. The program provides paid opportunities for artists to create public artworks using at least 90% reclaimed materials sourced from the Olmsted County Recycling Centers and Kalmar Landfill. The project is supported by the Southeastern Minnesota Arts Council and the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
