About the Open Call

The Gerhart-Hauptmann-Theater is a four-division theater seeking dancers with strong classical and contemporary technique. Tasks include participation in dance productions, interdisciplinary collaborations with music theater and drama, and engagement in community and inclusive projects. Candidates should have a finished degree in dance, improvisation skills, and interest in site-specific and mixed-abled work.

What is Offered

Full-time position with salary according to the Normalvertrag Bühne (NV Bühne), supplementary company pension, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Degree in classical or contemporary stage dance; proficiency in partnering, contact improvisation, or acrobatics; physical presence and musicality; high level of professionalism and team skills. Experience in inclusive/mixed-abled dance is welcome.
