About the Open Call

The Tilal Utique Artist in Residency Programme invites artists from across the Global Majority working in visual arts, performance, literature, and design to spend three weeks in northern Tunisia. The residency is designed for research and intellectual exchange rather than finished production, and includes studio space, accommodation, full board, and travel support.

What is Offered

Studio space, private accommodation, full board, flight support, per diem stipend, and curated cultural excursions.

Requirements

Applicants must be available for the full duration of the three-week residency session and identify as part of the Global Majority.
