About the Open Call

Thessaloniki Fringe Festival is a dynamic and diverse performing arts festival that celebrates creativity, experimentation, and independent expression. It provides a platform for emerging and established artists to showcase innovative and boundary-pushing works in a supportive environment. The festival features a wide range of genres including theatre, dance, physical theatre, circus, music, family shows, spoken word, and multimedia.

What is Offered

Artists receive exposure to a diverse audience, networking opportunities with international festival representatives (e.g., Hollywood Fringe, Soho Playhouse), a box office split (recommended 50%), and a 25% discount on accommodation via partner Zeus is Loose.

Requirements

The festival is open to international and local artists, professionals, and amateurs. Performances should ideally have a running time of approximately 60 minutes. Participants must secure a deal with a festival venue, agree to Terms & Conditions, and pay a participation fee and refundable deposit upon selection.

How to Apply

Apply via Eventotron. Register or login with your email address, go to the 'Festivals' tab, search for 'Thessaloniki Fringe Festival', and click the APPLY button. It is recommended to use a laptop for the application process.
