About the Open Call

Located in a former Women's College (Kvennaskólinn) in Blönduós, the Ós Residency offers a collaborative environment for textile-based research and practice. The center features several specialized areas including a loom studio, a dye studio, and a digital TextileLab with state-of-the-art equipment. It hosts artists, makers, and scholars year-round and regularly organizes exhibitions for residents.
