About the Open Call

The Tapestry — Curated Voices of Migration is a non-competitive initiative that curates a collection of migration-themed stories. Every selected story is published within the Gallery's public archive. Submissions must be original, unpublished, 3000-4500 words in length, and follow specific formatting requirements.

What is Offered

Publication, a curatorial note, and inclusion in a permanent public archive.

Requirements

Applicants must have reached the age of majority in their location. Stories must be original, unpublished, between 3000-4500 words, and submitted as .docx files. Only one story per person is allowed.

How to Apply

Submit via the online form on the Gallery of Human Migration website. Payment instructions for the submission fee will be provided after the form is submitted.
