About the Open Call

The Society of Women Artists (SWA) is a registered charity with a long-standing mission to promote female artists. The 165th Annual Exhibition welcomes diverse submissions from both members and non-members. The SWA provides mentoring for new and young artists and aims to showcase work of the highest standard. Regular submission to the Annual Open Exhibition is the first step toward becoming an Associate member (ASWA) of the society.

What is Offered

Opportunity to exhibit in the 165th Annual Exhibition, consideration for SWA membership, and access to mentorship for young and new artists.

Requirements

The exhibition is focused on women artists. Applicants should submit work that meets the highest standards of their specific artistic field.
