Chicago Center for Arts and Technology (CHICAT)
The Power We Hold seeks to honor the enduring strength of Black history and affirm the responsibility — and joy — of carrying this history forward together. Launched a century after Carter G. Woodson began Negro History Week, this curated exhibit at Gallery 1701 invites artists to respond through personal, cultural, historical, or communal perspectives. The exhibition aims to convene, exchange ideas, and build connections within the community, featuring works that are meant to be felt and activate dialogue.
Exhibition opportunity in Gallery 1701. CHICAT does not process sales; artists must handle all independent sales via personal QR codes or contact links.
