About the Open Call

The Chateau Gallery (TCG) invites photographers to submit works for 'The Narrative,' an exhibition exploring stories across subjects such as religion, myth, legend, history, literature, and existential questions. A well-crafted narrative should transport viewers and help them view the world in a new way. Approximately 35 images will be selected for display in TCG’s online gallery. The jury process is blind, focusing solely on the image and its title. AI-generated works are strictly prohibited. The gallery offers sales representation and extensively promotes selected works on social media and in an exhibition catalog.

What is Offered

Selected artists will have their work featured in an online exhibition, included in the exhibition catalog, and promoted on social media. The gallery also provides optional art sales representation with a 30% commission.

Requirements

All submissions must be original works created by the artist’s hand; artificial intelligence is prohibited. International artists are welcome to apply, except those residing in sanctioned countries including Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Belarus, and Russia. Images must meet specific technical naming and sizing requirements.

How to Apply

Submit up to three images per entry via the online portal. Files must be named in the format firstname_lastname_title _-_ 01.jpeg and uploaded with a minimum of 1200 pixels on the longest side and a size of at least 500kb. Hardship fee waivers are available upon request for qualifying individuals.
