About the Open Call
Malibu Theater invites storytellers to create a 3-minute original monologue or story, performed on video, exploring themes such as air pollution, breath, environmental justice, and the fragility of our shared environment. Selected works will be featured across Malibu Theater platforms, and exceptional pieces may be considered for cinematic development by Wind Chime Films™.
What is Offered
Official selection recognition, inclusion in a global online showcase, certificate of recognition, and consideration for further cinematic development.
Requirements
3-minute maximum video submission. Must be an original monologue or story. All languages welcome (English subtitles requested). Open to all ages worldwide.
How to Apply
Submit via the FilmFreeway portal by providing a video link from YouTube (unlisted), Vimeo, or Google Drive.
