About the Open Call

The 21st Ngee Ann Photographic Exhibition 2026 invites submissions for an Open and Student category. The exhibition theme is open. Participants must be residents of Singapore. The Open category is for participants aged 21 and above; the Student category is for participants aged 10-20.
