About the Open Call

The IFCD supports projects aimed at fostering the emergence of dynamic cultural and creative sectors in developing countries. Proposed projects should contribute to the implementation/elaboration of policies that impact the creation, production, distribution and access to a diversity of cultural goods and services, and/or strengthen capacities in public institutions and NGOs to support local cultural industries.

What is Offered

Financial funding for cultural projects.

Requirements

Applicants must be public institutions or non-governmental organizations (NGOs) from eligible developing countries, or international NGOs registered in one of the States Parties to the 2005 Convention.
