About the Open Call

In 2026, the TFL Co-Production Fund will assign three grants of € 50,000 to international co-productions currently in advanced development stage, planning to be completed by October 2028. A series of tailor-made consultancies will be organized according to the needs of the film teams, guiding them through the last preparatory stages before production. Moreover, the selected teams will be invited to attend the TFL Meeting Event in November 2026 in Torino, Italy. Attended every year by over 200 European and international film professionals, the TFL co-production market is an important occasion of visibility and an opportunity to find additional partners thanks to networking moments and one-on-one meetings.

What is Offered

Three production grants of €50,000, tailor-made consultancies from October to December 2026, and invitation to the TFL Meeting Event in November 2026.

Requirements

The call targets international co-productions (fiction, documentaries, or animation over 60 min) in advanced development. Must be a co-production between MEDIA strand countries and non-participating countries. The applicant must be a European producer from a company establish in a MEDIA strand country. Projects must be completed by October 31, 2028.
