Five Ted Scripps Fellowships are awarded each year to outstanding journalists committed to environmental reporting. The fellowship begins in mid-August and continues into early May, providing participants with the opportunity to audit classes, attend seminars, and work on a significant project. The program is designed for reporters, editors, producers, and freelancers looking to deepen their expertise.
A nine-month residency program including orientation, university course access, and professional networking.
Applicants must have at least five years of full-time professional journalism experience and hold at least a BA or BS degree. Candidates must also hold a current visa and be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
