About the Open Call

The Fifth's 2026 Summer Intensive offers various streams of study, ranging from daily guest workshops to immersive one-week creation processes. The program is designed for emerging artists, professional dancers, and advanced students (18+) to expand their technique and artistry. Creation processes are led by Jessie Garon and Alyssa Martin and include performance opportunities at the Citadel. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements

Targeted at emerging artists, professional dancers, post-secondary students, and pre-professional dancers in their final years (18+). Submission of bio and video required for creation process streams.

How to Apply

Complete the online application form at the provided Google Forms link. Applicants must submit a bio and a short video of themselves moving (improvisation or set choreography).
