About the Open Call

The selected artist will lead a collaborative project with 11 high school students through 6 bi-weekly studio sessions from April 8th to June 10th. The project focuses on conceptualizing and producing 8 banner designs for installation on the Suitland Water Tower. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in community engagement and co-creation practices.

What is Offered

$10,000 honorarium

Requirements

Demonstrated proficiency in community engagement through artmaking and/or co-creation practices. Experience working with youth or community stakeholders is preferred.
