Ars Electronica
S+T+ARTS (Science, Technology and Arts) is an initiative of the European Commission to foster alliances of technology and artistic practice. The prize competition seeks groundbreaking projects driven by both technology and the arts across various fields including machine learning, biotechnology, robotics, and smart cities. It focuses on how artistic research can influence technology and vice-versa, specifically looking for quality collaboration, innovation, and social inclusion.
Two grand prizes of 20,000 Euros each and presentation of the winning work at the Ars Electronica Festival in September 2026.
The call is open to artists, creative professionals, researchers, and companies worldwide. Submissions must demonstrate a strong link between artistic practice and innovation in technology, business, or society. Projects must not be purely artistic or purely technological in nature.
