About the Open Call

Singapore Art Week (SAW) 2027 is looking for project proposals that feature collaborations and artistic exchanges between local and Southeast Asian artists, curators, and producers. Eligible formats include exhibitions, performances, screenings, outdoor installations, tours, and workshops. Lead applicants must be Singaporean Citizens or Permanent Residents based in Singapore, and at least half of the artistic team must be Singaporean or PRs based in Singapore. Successful projects are expected to take place between 21 and 31 January 2027.

What is Offered

Funding support typically ranging between $15,000 and $50,000, depending on project type and evaluation score.

Requirements

Lead applicant must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident based in Singapore. At least 50% of the artistic team must be Singaporean or Permanent Residents based in Singapore. Projects must be open to the public during Singapore Art Week 2027.
