About the Open Call

The SageFenCon Art Show welcomes artists to showcase original creations either in person or via mail-in submission. The event features a three-day exhibition from April 10-12, 2026, culminating in a voice auction for items with four or more written bids. The organization collects a 15% commission on all sales.

What is Offered

Gallery exhibition space, participation in a public auction, and inclusion in the Modern Maker Fest.

Requirements

All entries must be the artist’s own original work. Space must be reserved in advance by the deadline. Artists may hand-deliver or mail in entries.

How to Apply

Email the completed Artist Registration Form and the Signed Release & Waiver Form to artshow@sagefencon.org. Once forms are received, the organization will send a Square invoice for payment.
