About the Open Call

The Saari Residence offers an international residency program for professional artists of all disciplines. Note that due to a major renovation in 2027, fewer places are available and work will take place in apartments. The residency provides accommodation, workspaces, and a monthly grant to cover living and travel expenses. Applicants may include individual artists, duos, or artistic working groups.

What is Offered

Two-month residency including accommodation, workspace, and a monthly grant covering living and travel costs. Support for ecological and long-distance travel available.

Requirements

Open to professional artists, fiction writers, poets, novelists, translators, composers, curators, and critics of all nationalities.
