About the Open Call

The Airlab residency is a one-year program designed to foster collaboration between an artist or artistic collective and researchers from the University of Lille. The program includes an immersion research phase (Oct 2026-Jan 2027), a production phase (Feb-June 2027), and a presentation phase starting in October 2027.

What is Offered

One-year residency at the University of Lille, including research and production phases, with support from Le Fresnoy-Studio national des arts contemporains.

Requirements

The opportunity is open to artists or artistic collectives interested in research-based immersion within an academic laboratory setting.
