About the Open Call

URRA's residency programme is an opportunity for self-led professional development, artistic exchange, experimentation and networking. URRA residency programmes generate spaces where artists can fully focus on their practice, and develop new projects with no pressure to produce finished work. URRA promotes the work of participants through different events that establish dialogue with the artistic audience and entire community in Buenos Aires and beyond. URRA provides significant pastoral and curatorial support throughout the residency.

What is Offered

Fully funded eleven-week residency, pastoral and curatorial support, artistic exchange, networking opportunities, and professional development.

Requirements

Open to UK-based emerging and mid-career contemporary visual artists. Artists are expected to be proactive, self-motivated, and lead the research and production of their work while in Buenos Aires.
