ELF SCHOOL OF THE ARTS
About the Open Call
Elf School of the Arts offers residencies ranging from 1 week to 3 months. Artists can apply to explore book arts, drawing, jewelry, mixed media, music, painting, photography, printmaking, textiles, and weaving. Future mediums coming in Summer 2026 include casting, lapidary, woodworking, welding/blacksmithing, and paper. Each resident is provided with a private bedroom and studio. The residencies themselves are free, though artists are responsible for consumables, materials, food, and travel expenses. Elf has accepted 60 artists in its first three rounds and will host 3 artists at a time in early 2026, and 4 during the summer of 2026.
What is Offered
A private bedroom and studio are provided. Residencies are free of charge for the studio and accommodation.
