About the Open Call

R.A.R.O. Bogotá provides a unique residency model where participants work across different artist studios within the city. The program offers three formats: Macro-Residencies (specific editions), Micro-Residencies (available year-round), and Micro-Residency A Isla. The 5th Edition of the Macro-Residency is scheduled to run from July 15 to August 26, 2026. The program aims to foster exchange and production between residents and the local art scene through various ateliers including Estudio El Muelle, La Zineteca, Taller Trez, and others.

What is Offered

Access to a network of professional artist studios, project development support, and potential scholarships via a letter of intent.

Requirements

Artists from any background are eligible. Must submit a project proposal and select relevant ateliers from the R.A.R.O. Bogotá network.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the online application form and submit personal information, a CV, an artist statement, a project proposal (max 300 words), a selection of preferred ateliers from the R.A.R.O. network, documentation of previous works, and a letter of intent for scholarships if applicable.
