About the Open Call

Perform! supports visual artists from Switzerland who want to professionalise, deepen and broaden their performance practice. This includes transforming performance practice from art spaces to stages, or expanding into video performances and digital spaces. The funding covers artistic fees, administration, materials, and rental costs for the creation of new works or development of existing ones.

What is Offered

Financial contributions up to a maximum of CHF 25,000 covering artist fees, production management, and material or rental costs.

Requirements

Applicants must have a connection to Switzerland (citizenship or permanent residency). Projects must demonstrate high artistic quality, nationwide relevance, and professional implementation standards. Individuals working primarily in dance and theatre are excluded from this specific call.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted through the Pro Helvetia online portal. Applicants must provide a single PDF project description (including implementation plan and budget), details and CVs of all involved partners, and a portfolio covering the last three years of work.
