Price Sculpture Forest
Price Sculpture Forest offers an ongoing opportunity for artists to display sculptures in a beautiful forest setting on Whidbey Island, Washington. The park consists of two themed walking loops: Nature Nurtured, focusing on the beauty of natural elements and human interaction with the environment, and Whimsy Way, dedicated to fun and discovery. Artists are encouraged to submit works for sale, loan, or donation. The park provides early participants with 100 percent of sales proceeds and offers marketing support and assistance with installation footers. Sculptures must be durable for year-round outdoor display and are expected to remain in the park for at least two years.
100% of sales proceeds to the artist (no commission), public marketing, personalized location selection for early participants, and provided concrete footers/assistance for installation.
Sculptures must be sturdy enough for an outdoor environment and public interaction. Works must stay for a minimum of 2 years unless sold. Artists are responsible for onsite installation and removal coordination.
Interested artists should email their proposal to Contact@SculptureForest.org. Submissions must include the artist's name, contact information, website, photos of the sculpture from multiple angles, title, materials, dimensions, sales or loan status, and a brief explanation of how the work fits the Sculpture Forest's themes.
