About the Open Call

Adams County Parks, Open Space & Cultural Arts is seeking an artist or artist team to create a series of original sculptures for a group of medians running down Pecos Street in southwest Adams County. This stretch of Pecos is a gateway between Adams County and North Denver, a busy transportation corridor, and home to many families and small businesses. The project site has five medians with seven existing uniform footers for public art placement. Artwork should capture the vibrant energy of this urban neighborhood.

$350,000 budget for design and installation

Requirements

Artist or artist team must be able to design and install sculptures on existing footers that reflect the character of the Pecos Street corridor.
