PartArt4OW
The PartArt4OW Third Open Call Challenge, 'Communities for a Sustainable and Equitable Blue Economy,' seeks projects that engage coastal or inland communities in reshaping water-dependent economies. Proposals should integrate scientific research, artistic experimentation, and citizen participation to create new narratives and understandings of aquatic ecosystems. Applicants are required to collaborate with blue economy actors, provide letters of intent, and organize a public showcase event. The project emphasizes sustainability, diversity, and social inclusion, with a focus on under-represented groups.
Funding up to a maximum lump sum of €50,000 per project, 6 months of project support, mentorship, professional training, an online bootcamp, and promotional visibility through PartArt4OW channels.
Open to individuals or consortia established in EU Member States or Horizon Europe associated countries. Must include collaboration with at least one blue economy actor and a host organization for a public event. Selected projects must commit to the Climate Pact Pledge and strive for carbon neutrality.
Applicants must create an account and submit their proposal through the EasyChair platform (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=pa4ow). Submission requires the official Proposal Template, Letters of Intent from a blue economy actor and a hosting organization, and a Declaration of Honour.
