OSS Project, Inc.
OSS Project, Inc. is issuing this Request for Expression of Interest (RFEI) to engage artists to create designs for an art/design intervention at NYCHA public housing development: Polo Grounds Towers in Harlem. Artists are asked to conceptualize an idea to intervene in an existing community garden focussing on a particular theme or conflict specific to the designated site, whose ultimate design and creation will result from substantive engagement and process of collaboration with the surrounding community. The selection is organized in two phases: Phase One is an RFEI (Statement of Interest), and Phase Two involves interviews for three selected finalists.
