About the Open Call

Organ Vida, as a FUTURES member organization, is launching an open call for artists to join the platform in 2026. The call is open to emerging and mid-career artists working in photography and video, as well as hybrid practices that explore the relationship between images and sound, sculpture, or spatial expansion, such as installations or performances. Selected participants will engage in online educational activities and have the opportunity to apply for exhibitions and mentorship programs hosted by member organizations across Europe. In 2026, all selected artists will attend a live Annual Event to connect with the FUTURES community in person and will be promoted through the platform's website, social media, and annual publication.

What is Offered

Gross honorarium of 500 euros for full participation, travel, accommodation, and daily allowances for the Annual Event in November 2026, and promotion in a printed annual publication.

Requirements

Open to emerging and mid-career artists who are citizens of Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Slovenia, and Albania. Applicants must work in photography, video, or hybrid image-based practices and must commit to participating in all mandatory online activities and the final live event in November 2026.

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted via the designated online form. Applicants must also prepare a ZIP folder named with their first and last name containing: 15 high-res photos (300 dpi), 15 low-res photos (72 dpi) of one project, a portfolio (PDF), and a CV. This ZIP folder must be sent via WeTransfer to info@organvida.com, and the WeTransfer link should be included in the online form.
