About the Open Call

The Veneto Residency Centre – Vene.Re is a network formed by Teatro del Lemming (Rovigo), Fondazione Teatro Comunale Città di Vicenza, and Operaestate/CSC of the Municipality of Bassano del Grappa. Recognized by the Italian Ministry of Culture, the center supports artistic residencies as experimental laboratories for scenic arts. The 2026 call selects three projects for a 15-day residency, requiring at least two public sharings in different locations. One slot is specifically reserved as a 'trampolino' residency for artists under 35 with limited public presentation experience.

What is Offered

Available to participate in audience development activities and public presentations. Open to regional, national, and international artists. One residency is specifically for artists under 35.

How to Apply

Applicants must complete the Google Form, providing a biography (max 1000 characters), project presentation (max 1000 characters), a 5-minute video presentation of the research, and links to previous work.
