Narva Art Residency (NART)
NART, in cooperation with the Narva City Architecture and Urban Planning Department, invites artists to design a long-term, large-scale installation for public space. The project should emphasize light and function as a landmark for the Pähklimäe district. Selected artists receive a two-month residency, a €3000 creative grant, up to €1000 for travel, and at least €11,000 for production costs.

The installation must be made of resistant materials for a 5-year minimum lifespan, be completed and installed by the end of the residency, and comply with Estonian Building Regulations. Artists must manage the project from sketch to finish.
