About the Open Call

Void is a member of the FUTURES Photography Platform, supported by the Creative Europe programme. The platform connects photography institutions across Europe to promote emerging talents. Nominated artists participate in networking events, online learning with Magnum Photos, and have the opportunity to showcase work on an international stage.

What is Offered

Each selected artist receives a €500 fee, participation in four online 'Futures Conversations' with experts, travel and accommodation for the 2026 annual event, tutoring sessions, and access to a Magnum Photos online learning programme.

Requirements

Open to artists from or residing in Greece, Bulgaria, or Cyprus. Must have formal education in photography/art or a CV demonstrating at least three years of professional experience (exhibitions, publications). No age restrictions.

How to Apply

Applicants must send a single PDF (max 10MB) to studio@void.photo with the subject 'FUTURES Open Call ‘26'. The PDF should include a CV, bio (noting residence and nationality), an artist practice description, a motivation paragraph, and 10–20 photos from a specific project.
