About the Open Call

Pedvale Art Park & Artist Residency is inviting 9 artists to work creatively for 4 weeks in two sessions: July 2nd to July 29th and August 4th to August 31st. The group aims to include a diverse mix of visual artists, writers, dancers, and performance artists. Residents stay in a refurbished 19th-century manor house with private rooms and bathrooms, and have access to 24-hour studios, workshops, and 100 hectares of art park. While the residency is self-funded, the staff provides assistance with grant applications and local logistics. Artists are encouraged, but not required, to host public workshops, exhibitions, or performances during their stay.

What is Offered

Private fully-furnished bedroom with private bathroom in a historic manor house, 24-hour access to shared or private studios (~30 sqm), access to common areas, kitchen, laundry, and 100 hectares of parkland. Support for grant applications is available.

Requirements

Artists must provide their own materials and cover the residency fee (€480 per month). Applicants must submit a CV, resume, proposal letter, and work samples. Open to visual artists, writers, dancers, and performers.
