Jam Factory Art Center
The residency invites artists to explore everyday practices like gardening, cooking, and traditional crafts as community-building factors. Selected artists will work with mixed groups of internally displaced people and local residents of the Pidzamche and Znesinnia districts. The program requires participation in trauma-aware training and encourages site-specific projects, land art, and community-engaged installations.
1200 EUR artist fee, 15 EUR/day allowance, up to 1500 EUR production budget, accommodation provided, and travel support.
EU citizens, residents of the EU, or artists from Creative Europe-eligible countries. Must be interested in community-engaged art, sensitive to trauma-informed practices, and aware of the Ukrainian context.
Email CV, portfolio, and a letter of motivation outlining project ideas and community activities to o.kasperovych@jamfactory.ua with the subject line 'AiR Magic Carpets 2026'.
