About the Open Call

The ZMINA: Resilience programme supports Ukrainian artistic and cultural organisations in developing project ideas centered on resilience into joint project proposals with partners from Creative Europe countries. The goal is to strengthen Ukrainian organizations' capacity for international cooperation, foster sustainable partnerships, create new cultural and artistic products, raise awareness about Ukraine, and facilitate its integration into the EU cultural landscape. Selected organizations will receive seed funding (up to €5,000 per project, total €75,000 for 15-20 projects), four workshops on project development and partnership building, and approximately 16 hours of mentoring support. Eligible activities include participation in training, engagement of experts and artists, conducting research, developing international partnership proposals, participation in match-making events, and preparatory travel for partnership building. Projects are expected to last a maximum of 4 months. The final project proposals will be developed into robust international projects for further funding applications.

What is Offered

Seed funding of up to €5,000 per project (total €75,000 for 15-20 projects), four workshops on project development and partnership building, and approximately 16 hours of mentoring support from experts.

Requirements

Eligible applicants are Ukrainian organizations active in the field of arts and culture, established in a zone effectively controlled by the Ukrainian government, and not subject to EU or Ukrainian restrictive measures. Applicants must be legal entities and demonstrate activity in the cultural or artistic sector. Individual artists or sole proprietorships (FOP) are not eligible. All required attachments must be uploaded to the platform in specified formats, be readable, and the application form must be complete and within budget limits. The project implementation period must be within the defined timeframe (February – May 2026).

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted via the IZOLYATSIA Application platform by 23:59 on December 5, 2025 (Kyiv time). Required documents include an application with a budget (completed on the platform), a scanned copy of a guarantee letter, a current full extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs, and Non-Governmental Formations, and the current version of the statute or regulations of the legal entity. The application must be submitted in Ukrainian. Support, including Q&A, information sessions, and a helpline (hi@zmina.eu), is available during the submission period.
