About the Open Call

Flow Space Gallery is calling for Black Women Artists based in New York and New Jersey for a curated group show. Ideas explore histories, breaking boundaries, joy as resistance, care within community, and whimsy. All mediums are welcome, including painting, photography, video, installation, poetry, sound, textiles, and interdisciplinary practices.

Requirements

Open to Black Women Artists based in the New York or New Jersey area.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit an Artist Statement (250-500 words), Artist Bio (500 words), 5-10 images of recent work, and a screenshot of the $20 submission fee payment via the provided Google Form.
