Open Call for Artists: Iconic Exhibition

About the Open Call

We invite artists from all corners of the creative cosmos to participate in our upcoming exhibition, "Iconic". This open call seeks to celebrate the infinite possibilities within artistic exploration and the boundless realms of human imagination. Eligibility: All visual artists over the age of 18 from all artistic disciplines, regardless of medium or style, are invited to apply for our international open call. Images must be original artwork created by the artist and not copies of previously existing works. Each artist or collective can only apply once; subsequent applications will not be considered. All submissions received in any other way than the specified form will be ignored. Participation is free; only the selected artists will be charged a fee to partially cover the awards. How to apply: In the form, you will be asked to attach the following documents: 1 image of one of your artworks, Artwork information, Short biography, Artistic statement. Artwork images should be labeled as: First Name_Last Name_Title of Art. Image size should be up to 3.0 MB in JPG format. Only the artwork should be visible, clear and in focus. Please crop out any background in the images or trademark. Images must be original work created by the artist. Judging Criteria: The artwork will be judged based on the following criteria: originality, quality, inventiveness, theme interpretation, overall design, creative ability displayed, and media selection. The decision is determined by our internal curatorial staff with the assistance of outside specialists, and it is final and unquestionable. A shortlist of the best artworks will be created based on the quality of each applicant's individual submission as well as the quality of their overall artistic practice. Awards: The selected artists will participate in the Imagination group exhibition, get a certificate of participation, and get individual promotion on our website, on social media, in our newsletter, and through our community of collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts from across the world. The chosen artists will also have the chance to participate in other initiatives, such as having their biography and other works of art published in a catalogue, having a personal interview posted on our platforms, and receiving a proposal for a long-term partnership with our gallery. All the services listed above will be carried out upon a fee which will be applied only to selected artists in order to partially cover the cost.

What is Offered

Selected artists will participate in the 'Imagination' group exhibition, receive a certificate of participation, individual promotion on the gallery's website and social media, in the newsletter, and through their community of collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts. Opportunities also include having their biography and other works published in a catalogue, a personal interview posted on gallery platforms, and a proposal for a long-term partnership with the gallery.

Requirements

All visual artists over the age of 18, regardless of medium or style, are eligible. Artwork images must be original, created by the artist, and not copies of existing works. Each artist or collective can apply only once.

How to Apply

Applicants must submit their work via the provided online form. Required documents include: 1 image of one artwork, artwork information, short biography, and an artistic statement. Images must be original, up to 3.0 MB in JPG format, clear, in focus, and cropped to show only the artwork.
