About the Open Call
The residency programme, within the Meeting Point project and Museum of the Commons, invites artists to investigate the museum’s immediate surroundings in Novi Zagreb. Applicants are encouraged to identify hidden or neglected resources—spatial, social, environmental, or temporal—through attentive, participatory interventions. The focus is on process, dialogue, and exchange rather than permanent production.
What is Offered
One-month accommodation, a participation fee of 1,500 EUR, travel expenses up to 500 EUR, curatorial support, and production resources.
Requirements
Applicants should have a practice relevant to the local context and/or a participatory approach. The residency expects engagement with the museum's immediate surroundings and local community.
