About the Open Call

This call invites independent artists and collectives from Kosovo and Serbia to propose cross-border projects. Selected co-productions receive funding to cover travel, living costs, and project materials. Projects aim for final presentation at Cinema ‘Jusuf Gërvalla’ in Peja and Magacin in Belgrade. The program operates on a rolling basis with monthly evaluations at the end of each month.

What is Offered

Up to 2,500 EUR per co-production to cover rent, living costs, travel between partner cities, project materials, and overhead.

Requirements

Open to independent artists and collectives from Kosovo and Serbia. Individual applicants must be willing to be matched with a cross-border partner (Kosovo-Serbia). Proposals must include project implementation dates and descriptions.

How to Apply

Submit the application via the provided Google Form. Applicants can apply with an existing partner or as individuals seeking a partner match by describing their preferred artistic medium and experience.
