About the Open Call

VORBRENNER offers short-term opportunities for interdisciplinary projects that explore the intersections of architecture, visual arts, film, photography, literature, music, performance, theater, and virtual/extended reality. The platform has an annual fund of EUR 40,000 for project development. The projects form an annual program implemented in April, June, September, and October. Selected projects are expected to provide at least one public event which must be free of charge. Applicants are responsible for their own accommodation and project promotion, though the organization provides PR support via their network.

Requirements

Projects must be interdisciplinary, experimental, and economically feasible. Applicants must be able to present in Innsbruck during the designated program months. Admission to all resulting events must be free of charge.
