About the Open Call

The first NTM Tanz Summer Intensive offers professional dancers (ages 18+) a week of high-level training and artistic development. Led by Stephan Thoss and the company's ensemble, the program includes daily technical classes (contemporary, ballet, and improvisation), learning company repertoire from works like 'Kosmos' and 'The Dreamer', and participating in a new creation. The week concludes with a public showing of works in progress.

What is Offered

Participants receive professional training, direct insight into NTM Tanz repertoire, and a role in a new creation. The tuition fee of 650.00 EUR includes VAT and daily lunch (accommodation not included).

Requirements

Applicants must be professional dancers aged 18 or older (all genders). Selection is based on individuality, potential, movement quality, and creativity within the application materials.

How to Apply

To apply, send an email to ntm.workshop.tanz@mannheim.de including a recent headshot and one video link (YouTube or Vimeo) of no more than 3 minutes. The video should include a showreel (stage or studio) and 1 minute of unedited improvisation to original music.
