About the Open Call
Since 2018, in partnership with Un Festival c'est trop court!, the Nice Dance Film celebrates the beauty of the body and movement. The festival invites an international dance film personality as a guest of honor each year and focuses on European short film creation. It has become a central meeting point for young European creators on the Côte d'Azur.
What is Offered
Selection for screening at the Nice Dance Film festival and inclusion in the event program.
Requirements
Films must be under 25 minutes and use dance/movement as a narrative device. Open to European productions and co-productions from listed countries. Video clips and documentaries are not admissible. Selected films must provide a DCP copy and ProRes file one month before the event.

Submit your film through the FilmFreeway platform at https://filmfreeway.com/NiceDanceFilm. Non-French films must be subtitled in English or French.
