About the Open Call

SlowArt Productions presents the fourteenth Neoteric Abstract exhibition, exclusively for the abstract artist, representing a full range of abstraction, from geometric to lyrical. The exhibition will be held at Limner Gallery from April 9 to May 2, 2026. Entry is open to all artists, national and international, working in all media, including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, graphics, digital, installation art, and video. Entry is strictly limited to abstract art. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall mounted works must not be taller than 72 inches or wider than 120 inches. Sculptural work must fit through a 36-inch wide entry door. Selected artists will be featured in a group exhibition at the Limner Gallery, displayed on the Limner Gallery web site, and promoted on social media. Artwork in the show may be exhibited for sale, with the gallery taking a 35 percent commission on all sales, and the artist determining the sale price. Artists retain all copyrights to submitted images and represented artwork. Digital images submitted for selection will be deleted after the process. By entering, artists selected to exhibit grant Limner Gallery rights to use images for promotional purposes. Artists will be notified of selection or non-acceptance no later than February 28, 2026, via online posting and email. Artist entry contact information is held only for contacting selected artists and deleted after the jury process. The entry deadline is January 31, 2026, by 12:00 midnight.

What is Offered

Selected artists will be featured in a group exhibition at the Limner Gallery from April 9 - May 2, 2026. The exhibition will also be displayed on the Limner Gallery web site and promoted on social media. Artists have the opportunity to sell their artwork, retaining 65% commission on all sales.

The exhibition is open to all artists, national and international, working in any media, but entry is strictly limited to abstract art. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. Wall mounted works must not exceed 72 inches in height or 120 inches in width. Sculptural work must fit through a 36-inch wide entry door.

How to Apply

Entries must be submitted via email by January 31, 2026, at 12:00 midnight. Individual JPG image files should be attached (not larger than 2500 pixels on the longest side); alternatively, links to images on a personal webpage or Google Images page can be provided. Video artists may apply by providing a link to their video posted on Vimeo, YouTube, or any online video viewing platform. An entry fee of $35.00 covers one to four artworks, with an additional $5.00 fee for each artwork above four. Payments must be made at the time of entry using PayPal, Venmo, credit/debit card, or Apple Pay.
