Henrik Igityan National Centre for Aesthetics
This residency focuses on cultural exchange, education, and community engagement through artistic practice. Selected participants will spend 15 days in Armenia—10 days in Yerevan and 5 days in regional areas such as Tavush, Shirak, Lori, Gegharkunik, and Syunik—working closely with local communities and NCA branches. Artists are expected to develop and deliver interactive, educational, and practice-based projects that reflect their cultural background while engaging with Armenian traditions. The program emphasizes mutual learning, allowing participants to explore similarities and differences between cultures and contribute to strengthening international artistic networks. Projects culminate in public outcomes such as exhibitions, performances, workshops, or presentations in Yerevan, making the residency both process-driven and publicly engaged.
